I was seriously affected by the ransomware attack.  How do I Protect from these attacks? Does anyone help me?

Step 1: Never run such information which you don’t trust

Step 2: Avoid out of date and pilfered OSes

Step three: Use latest versions of OS

Step 4: Install the most productive firewall and antivirus( Comodo, Kaspersky and many others.,)

Step 5: Keep your knowledge backup incessantly
