Okay, guys, I recently faced another Google Play Store malfunction. There are still mistakes coming up that are plain enough, right? I got a “Error Retrieving Information from Server Rpc s-7 aec-0” error this time when trying to load one of the applications on my Android. But I managed to get rid of it after some simple measure.

A lot of people need to get the same bug, so I wanted to write an article to fix this very issue for other users as well. As the error states, the server error is usually on the hand of play shops, but not always. Any measures that should help you to get rid of it are listed below.

Fixing Error Retrieving Information from Server Rpc s-7 aec-0

Step 1:Delete Google Account.

Go to Settings > Accounts > Google pick > Account removal/Account deletion. This will uninstall your account from the Play Shop. Don’t fear that you will set it up again later with the same credentials.

Step 2: Clearing Data & Caches.

Go to Configuration > Program Manager > All Tabs > Google Play Store > Data and Cache Clear now. This will clear the Google Play Store app’s cache.
Do the same steps above to clear the cache from Google Service System, Download Manager and Google Play Services as well.

Step 3:Once again, add a Gmail address.

Restart your computer now to add your gmail account again, which we have deleted in Stage 1. Navigate to Setup > Users > Google > Add Account.

These steps worked for me to fix Server Rpc s-7 aec-0 Error Retrieving Details, I hope it works for you too. If the dilemma is not fixed, you should go a step ahead and try again to uninstall and instal Google Play Store.

Feel free to share any other methods that have helped you get rid of this mistake. Post it in the comment box below.
