Fix 1: Temporarily disable antivirus software

Imagine that an antivirus program is running on the computer. It will stop your program from working correctly, and may even cause fatal errors. This is a common problem for many other programs. You can temporarily disable your antivirus program and then you can play your game to see how it functions.

Black Ops 4 will stop displaying the error message after you disable your antivirus program. You should add the game to your computer except for your anti-virus program, or contact the seller for more information.

Don’t panic if your problem continues. Continue to the next step by re-enabling your antivirus program.

A corrupted or missing graphics card driver could cause fatal errors. You should make sure your graphics card driver is working properly.

You have two options to update your graphics card driver manually or automatically.

Manual driver update you’ll go to the website for the manufacturer of the graphics and download the latest version for Windows. In my case, Windows 10 64 bit. This will require time and some computer skills.

Automatic driver update: If you don’t have the time, patience, or computer skills to update your driver manually, you’ll roll in the hay automatically with Driver Easy.

Driver Easy will recognize your computer and locate the right drivers. You won’t know what operating system your computer uses. It’s not possible to download and install the wrong driver. There is no need to be concerned about installing the wrong driver.

2) Click on the Update button beside the flagged card to automatically download their driver. You can also do this with the free version. Install it on your computer.

Click Update All to download the latest driver version for your system. This requires professional knowledge – click Update All and you will be prompt to upgrade.

4) After the update is complete, restart your computer to take effect.

Start CoD Black Ops 4 and check if you have a fatal error.
