End of Life Date for existing customers with current maintenance contracts: December 31, 2020, for those who have not renewed their contracts by June 30, 2020. Maintenance renewals can only be extended until the end of December 2020, at the earliest.
The product that is being replaced (s)
There will be no replacement product for the BeyondTrust Enterprise Vulnerability Management and Retina products. To obtain vulnerability management services, however, we recommend that customers work with our strategic partner Tenable, Inc. (www.tenable.com), which is described below.
Renewals
BeyondTrust will provide pro-rated maintenance renewals until the end of the product’s lifecycle on December 31, 2020. (The deadline for renewing is June 30, 2020.)
Migration
Our decision to partner with Tenable as our exclusive and strategic partner for customers who are currently using BeyondTrust’s Vulnerability Management Suite was based on careful consideration.

In the area of vulnerability management, Tenable has a proven track record of product innovation as well as significant investment in vulnerability research. For BeyondTrust Vulnerability Management Suite customers, we are confident that Tenable is the best long-term partner to work with. Tenable has also developed attractive incentives for customers who are transitioning from BeyondTrust.
