Apple TVs will allow you to enjoy 4K HDR videos as well as Dolby Atmos sound. You’ll see crisper images, more realistic colors, and better detail.
With features like AirPlay, you can share your videos from the Photos app on your iPad or iPhone to your Apple TV in their full resolution. Apple TV may not work in all cases. In these instances, you will need to fix it to use it again.
You can encounter different Apple TV issues during normal use. An Apple TV may not respond to the remote, or it might turn on but not show images.
It can also fail to connect to Wi-Fi networks in other cases. You must figure out how you can fix such problems.
How to troubleshoot Apple TV
These are some issues that Apple TV can have and how to fix them.
1. Remote control not working on TV
There are many ways to fix problems with your Apple TV remote:
Charge your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote if you use it. 30 minutes lightning to USB cable and a wall charger for USB. Replace the batteries if you use an Apple Remote. You must ensure that the remote is within reach of your device. Remove any obstruction between your TV’s front and the remote. Unplug your TV from the wall outlet. Wait at least ten seconds before plugging it in again. Verify that Accessibility features are ON. Go to settings > General > Accessibility. You can pair your Siri Remote or Apple TV remote by pointing it at least three inches from your device. To complete pairing, hold down the Volume Up and Menu buttons for ten seconds. If this fails, unplug the Apple TV from its power source and wait for six seconds before plugging it back in.

Reboot your Apple TV
Hold down the Home and Menu buttons on your Siri remote. The status light for Apple TV will flash rapidly. Remove your Apple TV’s power cord. Allow it to rest for approximately ten seconds before reconnecting. Open Settings on Apple TV. Go to System and select Restart.

4. Fix no signal on Apple TV
There are many ways to troubleshoot an Apple TV’s no signal issue:
Reconnect both ends of your HDMI cable and disconnect them. Alternatively, hold the Menu and Volume Down (depending on your device) buttons for five seconds. The Apple TV can cycle through multiple video modes. Each button should be held for 20 seconds.

5. Reset Apple TV

It can be difficult to stream video or download media content if your Apple TV 4K buffers. There are many options to solve this problem.
Do a speed test
First, confirm that your ISP is fast enough to stream a 4K video uninterruptedly.
Go to speedtest.net and check if the speed is at least 15 Mbps, which is required to stream 4K media content without constant buffering. For troubleshooting, contact your ISP if it falls below 15 Mbps.
Check your wireless network
To ensure a strong connection, you should check your wireless network. The router should be able to transmit the wireless signal without interference.
You can also disconnect the Apple TV from Wi-Fi and forget about it. Then, you can go through the setup all over again. These are the steps:
Go to Settings on Apple TV. Select General Go to Network. Choose Wi-Fi Choose the wireless network that you have connected to your phone. Click forget.

Reset your Apple TV 4K
Resetting your Apple TV 4K to factory default will restore it. This will erase all data and settings that you have previously entered. To reset your device, follow the steps in section 5.
You can also power-cycle your Apple TV and router. Then, restart the devices and check if it resolves the problem.
You may experience continuous buffering when streaming video is not working properly. If the servers go down, it can cause buffering.

8. 8. TV won’t update
You can ensure that your Apple TV is always up-to-date with the most recent software and features. If your device isn’t updating, this is what to do:
Make sure that the device is connected to an Ethernet or Wi-Fi network. Make sure your internet connection is stable, and that it is faster than zero. Do not unplug the Apple TV if the update progress bar is stuck or paused. Allow it to finish the update. If it remains the same for more than an hour, contact Apple Support. Do not restart or unplug the device. You may experience an error when updating your Apple TV. You will be prompted to either Erase all settings or restart the TV. Try restarting your TV first. You should determine if the problem is caused by an HDMI receiver or switch. This is the case:
